Before you land
Where does the driver meet me at Cancún Airport?
Outside the terminal, past the glass doors of international arrivals. Timeshare sellers are INSIDE: don’t stop for them. Your driver waits with a sign bearing your name and walks you to the vehicle. It works the same at terminals 2, 3 and 4.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the number you give us when booking, so the driver arrives at the real landing time, not the scheduled one. A delay costs nothing extra (SAMPLE: confirm policy).
Is it truly private or shared with other passengers?
Private: the vehicle is only for your group. It leaves as soon as you board and goes straight to your hotel, without stopping at other hotels like shared shuttles do.
Can we stop at a grocery store on the way?
Yes. It’s very common if you’re heading to a rental in Playa del Carmen or Tulum: ask when booking and we make a stop of about 30 minutes on the way (SAMPLE: confirm cost).
